2 · Scope

These Terms govern:

• Sale of PHP scripts, WordPress & WooCommerce themes/templates,
• Custom development, integration and maintenance services,
• Any transaction using the optional P.A.A. payment method.

3 · Definitions

“Client”: any individual or entity purchasing from the site.

“Digital product”: any script, theme or file delivered electronically.

“Service”: any development, integration, support or maintenance work.

“P.A.A.”: the “Pay As You Attempt” payment system (see § 9).

4 · Ordering process

1. Select product or service.
2. Add to cart and choose payment method (standard or P.A.A.).
3. Confirm details, accept these Terms, and pay.
4. Receive an automatic e-mail receipt.

5 · Pricing, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
Conversion fees or local taxes charged by your bank or PSP are your responsibility.

6 · Payment methods

We accept Stripe, PayPal and Paystack. Their own terms apply in addition to ours.

7 · Delivery & access

Digital products are delivered via download link or account access immediately
after confirmed payment. Service timelines are those set out in our proposal.

8 · Withdrawal & refund policy

Instant digital supply: once a file is downloaded or access granted,
the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Money-back guarantees: some products may carry a written
refund guarantee for a stated period (e.g. 14 days). We may refuse a refund
in cases of abuse — for example, excessive or unreasonable use of
customer support, chargeback threats, or other bad-faith behaviour
(non-exhaustive list).
Deposited store credit / account balance: non-refundable.

9 · P.A.A. payment system

9.1 · How it works

1. You stake the displayed micro-amount (e.g. £1) by clicking Spin.
2. An immediate, provably-fair draw shows WIN or TRY AGAIN.
3. WIN: outstanding balance becomes £0; the product is unlocked.
4. TRY AGAIN: the stake is credited against the list price.
   After the cap of 10 spins, you will have paid at most the catalogue price.

9.2 · Fairness & transparency

• SHA-256 hash of the random seed shown before each spin, full seed revealed after.
• Live spin history and remaining balance visible in your dashboard.

9.3 · No refund on spins

Each spin is a definitive partial payment and cannot be refunded.

10 · Intellectual property

Ownership remains with ALTREIS LTD until full payment. On completion,
you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence as stated in the product docs.

11 · Support & maintenance

Each purchase includes 90 days of bug-fix support. Feature requests are quoted separately.

12 · Limitation of liability

ALTREIS LTD is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or data.
Total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.

13 · Data protection

We comply with the UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

14 · Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions are posted on this page.
Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15 · Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
